Paint & Paddle Parties is $35 for 1 hour of stand up paddle boarding or kayaking and 2 hours of step-by-step canvas painting. No experience necessary. Bring your favorite friend, food, or beverage. SUP YogaSUP yoga builds core strength and balance while calming the mind via breath and focus. The beauty of nature adds to the experience. All levels are welcome!
